The special-purpose squad "Thunder" received sets of camping stoves and gas cylinders. The material aid was bought with the funds collected by the students.
Students of Stavropol State Agrarian University took the initiative to raise the funds themselves. Their donations were used to buy camping stoves and gas cylinders, which will help "Thunder" squad members to get warm during frosty winter.
- The "Thunder" special-purpose squad is grateful to Stavropol State Agrarian University for its support not only in word but also in deed. Today we received kits of camp stoves and gas cylinders, which will be very useful for us in hard weather conditions and keep us warm at the front line. Many thanks to everyone involved. We will win. Glory to Russia! - members of the Thunder special forces unit thanked us in a video message.
- I would like to express my enormous gratitude to our students who supported the Thunder Special Forces squad as they move to the front lines. We continue to support our warriors. Today they are fighting for our true values and for each of us," Vladimir Sitnikov, Acting Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, addressed the students.
We should remind that in November employees of Stavropol State Agrarian University collected money and sent 300 gas burners and 800 spare gas cylinders to Kherson region to help Russian army. Rector Vladimir Sitnikov personally handed the shipment to the soldiers.
