10 SSAU students visited the Academy of Health as part of the grant program for the study of the Russian language "A walk around the city: the life of wonderful people." The guys talked to the athletes and the head coach - Vasily Aleksandrovich Skakun.
The Academy of Health is a unique place in Russia and is in constant development: new directions appear, new traditions grow. One thing remains unchanged - all classes are free of charge, otherwise true knowledge is not transferred. The main principle of the Academy of Health: "Helping another, I heal myself."
Vasily Alexandrovich Skakun - Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR, Honored Coach of the RSFSR, Honored Coach of the USSR, multiple champion of the USSR and the RSFSR. The first world champion in acrobatic jumps (1967). Prepared 19 absolute world champions. Author of 30 books of philosophical and moral orientation and a healthy lifestyle.
The listeners took part in a practical lesson, where they tried themselves in breathing practices, yoga and meditation, listened to the songs of Alexander Zvenigorodsky. After a conversation with the students, Vasily Aleksandrovich handed over to everyone his book “Health Secrets” as a keepsake.
