At a meeting with the Liliani company, they discussed the areas of joint work: the construction of a test and demonstration site, the creation of a specialized class and the development of additional educational programs. The expansion of the scope of cooperation with representatives of the enterprises of the agrarian industry of Russia takes place as part of the implementation of the Priority 2030 grant.
The working group led by the Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Esaulko and Director of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Associate Professor Alexander Voskoboynikov held a meeting with representatives of Liliani LLC. The company is one of the largest manufacturers of aggregates and technological solutions in Russia to improve the efficiency of storage of agricultural products. During the talks, plans for further cooperation were outlined.
“Crop-growing enterprises are the backbone of Russia's grain product subcomplex. The gross grain harvest in our country shows an annual steady growth. At the same time, the development and implementation of modern innovative storage technologies will reduce the costs of agricultural organizations and increase the level of profitability of the crop industry”, – Alexander Esaulko, Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The director of the educational and experimental farm of SSAU, Associate Professor Alexander Voskoboynikov, and the Deputy Dean for Research, Associate Professor Aisanov Timur, proposed the creation of a test and demonstration site on the basis of the university's educational farm, where new developments of the Liliani company will be tested. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to apply advanced technological solutions in the field of logistics of the crop industry.
The participants of the meeting also discussed the creation of a profile class at the university LLC "Liliani", and the specialists of the company's training center took the initiative to jointly develop and implement additional educational programs in the field of storage and processing of crop products.
