Specialists of leading enterprises shared their knowledge with students of the Faculty of SPE

A professional pedagogical workshop "Practical training of students in accordance with modern standards and advanced technologies, taking into account the requirements of the federal project "Professionalism" for the implementation of the educational process" for teachers and employees of partner enterprises was held in the educational and production center of agriculture of the Stavropol Territory. The students also met with Viktor Ivanovich Radchenko, Director of Production Issues of a large agro-industrial enterprise "Stavropol Agrosoyuz".

Within the framework of the professional pedagogical workshop, Anatoly Stefanovich Peskov, chief engineer of the SEC of the collective farm "Giant", together with Roman Vladimirovich Tkachev, a teacher of the Faculty of secondary vocational education, conducted a practice-oriented lesson "Maintenance of the MTZ-80 tractor" on the discipline System of maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery and mechanisms in the newest laboratory of agricultural machinery operation.

― Many employers are well aware of the importance of their own participation in the educational process when training workers. Only they know exactly what qualities and skills their future employees need. Today we are starting a series of open joint classes within the framework of a professional pedagogical workshop, which open up new opportunities for all parties. Employees from production will be able to organically enter into the process of training qualified personnel, for us it is the introduction of a practice―oriented approach, communication with enterprises and employers. And most importantly, students will be able to gain practical skills that will help them become real and in―demand specialists," said Oksana Gavrilova, Dean of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor.

Also, students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education had a meeting with Viktor Ivanovich Radchenko, Director of Production Issues of a large agro-industrial enterprise "Stavropol Agrosoyuz". During the conversation, issues of practical training, industrial practice and subsequent employment were raised. As a result of the productive dialogue, the ways of versatile cooperation in the organization of professional training of future agronomists, mechanical technicians, veterinarians, animal technicians and other mid-level specialists were outlined.
