Arbitration managers completed their study at SSAU

Another 14 trainees were trained and successfully passed the exam on the "Unified Program for the Training of Arbitration Managers".

The educational program for the training of arbitration managers is implemented by the Institute of Additional Professional Education of SSAU. The purpose of the program is to form a system of knowledge and skills necessary to pass the theoretical exam under the Unified Program in order to obtain a new qualification "Arbitrator".

14 students were trained. The program was attended by leading teachers of Stavropol State Agrarian University, as well as practitioners: arbitration managers, forensic experts, appraisers.

As a result of mastering the "Unified Program for the Training of Arbitration Managers", the students studied:

legal support of bankruptcy procedures;

the legislation of the Russian Federation on bankruptcy;

economic support of arbitration management and activities of arbitration managers;

legislation of the Russian Federation on valuation activities;

practical issues of the activities of the arbitration manager.

All trainees have successfully passed the exam and now they will be able to work as interim managers, administrative managers, external managers, bankruptcy trustees; coordinate the activities of the debtor in order to satisfy the requirements of creditors.

Ksenia Viktorovna Dyatlova is the chief expert of the department for control (supervision) in the field of self-regulatory organizations of the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in Stavropol Territory.

Sergey Sergeevich Popov - Deputy Head of the Department for Control (Supervision) in the Sphere of Self-Regulatory Organizations of the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in Stavropol Territory and others.
