– Today, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the minister personally set very serious tasks for all agricultural universities in our country. These tasks consist in the development and in full compliance of our universities with the requirements of our production workers. This applies to both the educational process and the scientific one. All our scientific developments and research should find application in the "furrow on the farm". The task set today by the federal center is the development of programs at all universities that will provide one hundred percent support for technological cycles in peasant farms. This includes agrochemical analysis, the phytosanitary state of agricultural crops, and precision farming technologies, etc. Today, universities have serious material and technical bases. For example, Stavropol State Agrarian University for 3 years under the program "Priority 2030" has invested a billion in laboratories and equipment. That is, we have reached a completely new evolutionary stage,” he noted.
