SSAU hosted a round table on the development of rural areas

The Department of State and Municipal Administration and Law held a round table "Organizational and legal support for the development of rural areas."

The event was attended by teachers and students of SSAU, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of Stavropol Territory, the Ministry of Economic Development of Stavropol Territory, the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in Stavropol Territory, the Office of the Federal State Statistics Service for the North Caucasus Federal District.

Problems and trends in the development of legal regulation of the development of rural areas were brought up for discussion. In particular, the problems of the legal regime of lands of settlements in rural areas were highlighted in the report of Roman Nutrikhin, Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Environmental, Land and Labor Law of the North Caucasus Federal University. Actual trends in the legal regulation of local self-government were voiced in the speech of the candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor of the department of legal and special disciplines of the Stavropol branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation Anna Aleksandrovna Minina.

— It is important to identify priority areas for strengthening and improving the legal policy in the field of rural development. The issues of including educational organizations in the process of strengthening the legal policy in the field of rural development, training specialists capable of organizational and legal support of agriculture and the agrarian economy deserve special attention, - summed up the work of the round table, the head of the department of state and municipal administration and law, Doctor of Law Sciences, Associate Professor Nadezhda Miroshnichenko.
