The Kolos-SSAU team took first place among the women's teams in the Stavropol Region Volleyball Cup 2023 games.
The series of games took place from 2 to 5 March at Stavropol State Agrarian University. Six of the strongest teams in Stavropol Region took part in the competition, including the Stavropol State Agrarian University women's team.
Kolos-SSAU and Blockchain reached the final. At the end of the meeting, the athletes from Stavropol State Agrarian University won 3-1. Maria Ivanova, a student of veterinary medicine faculty, was named the best player of the match.
In addition, the Kolos-SSAU men's volleyball team won an honourable second place in the inter-district volleyball exhibition tournament the day before. The most productive player in the match was Ivan Guryev, a freshman of the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering.
