SSAU students are the winners of the championship "Professionals"

The regional stage of the championship in professional skills "Professionals" was held in the Stavropol Territory. 13 SSAU students won prizes.

More than 70 students from all over the Stavropol Territory took part in the "Professionals", including 14 students from the Stavropol Agrarian University. 13 of them won prizes: 7 first places, 4 silver and 2 bronze. The guys showed their professional competences in veterinary medicine, operation of agricultural machines, prototyping, Internet marketing, city farming, web technologies and hotel administration.

— Secondary vocational education today is a start to a successful career. This is clear. The tendency to choose a working profession is due to both the shortage of personnel, which must be satisfied, and the desire of students to get a job as soon as possible. The result of the participation of our guys in the championship "Professionals" proves once again that we are preparing personnel who know how to work, want to work and will develop various sectors of the economy," said Vladimir Sitnikov, Acting Rector of SSAU.
