Students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University learned how to conduct an initial examination of alcoholic beverages

Students of the direction of training "Food products from vegetable raw materials" attended a lesson with an expert in food closures Olga Grinko, director of the company "Agro-pack".

In recent years, the range and production of alcoholic beverages, especially wine, have grown significantly in Russia. Since this market brings very large incomes, products appear on store shelves that do not meet quality indicators and standards. Olga Grinko told the students how to properly understand the identification and falsification of alcoholic beverages using the example of closure material. Also during the conversation, the issues of establishing the integrity and deformation of the closure material, establishing the completeness of the filling of drinks and the compliance with the indicated marking of the quantitative characteristics of alcoholic products were considered.
