Students of the Faculty of Economics of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the training on the basis of the training production site “Process Factory” of the scientific society “Foundation for the Promotion of Innovative Development of the Stavropol Territory”.
During the training, the participants got acquainted with the main tools of the concept of lean production, which is being implemented in enterprises and companies of the Stavropol Territory within the framework of the Russian national project “Labor Productivity”. In particular, the students were told about the intricacies of organizing business processes, ways to optimize them by eliminating processes that cause “hidden” economic losses.
— Increasing labor productivity is the foundation for achieving the necessary economic indicators without losing the quality of work and worsening the business as a whole. And thanks to practical classes based on the “Process Factory”, our students have the opportunity to gain unique experience that will be necessary in the work of future managers, - said Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Diana Kenina.
