Under the chairmanship of the Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov, a collegium of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory was held at SSAU.
The Board brought together the heads of state authorities, federal departments, municipalities, and the business community. The main topic of the reporting meeting was local business support as the basis for the growth of the region's economy.
During the meeting, Governor Vladimir Vladimirov instructed the heads and heads of relevant departments to shift the focus of attention to the real sector of the economy, which creates jobs and provides high added value.
— Ensuring the work of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, improving food security, implementing federal projects and regional economic development programs — all these are the challenges of the time, which the Stavropol Territory and, above all, the regional economic department are now responding to. The expansion of our foreign economic relations depends on you, which is especially important in the context of sanctions, long-term planning for the development of industries, an increase in processing volumes and, most importantly, the well-being of fellow countrymen, - said Stavropol Governor Vladimir Vladimirov.
Also, Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Vladimir Sitnikov spoke at the board. In his report, he spoke about the research work in the region. University specialists have already analyzed five enterprises to determine their level of “digital maturity”. In addition, the rector announced his readiness to expand the horizons of the study, since today SSAU has all the necessary resources that will cover 30-40 enterprises of the Stavropol Territory.
“Now we are conducting research to determine the level of digital maturity of enterprises in the region. This will determine the further development matrix of the educational process. We must understand the order of business in order to train professionals in demand, - said the rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Vladimir Sitnikov.
