The faculty of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy underwent a professional internship in the organization of milk production. The advanced training was organized on the basis of the SSAU industrial partner, Agroalliance Invest LLC, one of the leading livestock farms in the Stavropol region.
As part of the internship, the staff of the department got acquainted with the features of the technology and organization of dairy production at a high-tech complex, and also studied in detail the software products used to manage the herd. Among them is an automated system for collecting, monitoring, analyzing and planning the economic performance of an enterprise, which allows you to quickly manage all business processes.
“Such relationships with innovative business are especially important for the development of the educational process and meeting the modern demands of employers, since they allow us to strengthen the practical orientation of teaching economic disciplines and update their content,” said Elena Pupynina, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor.
During the internship, issues of strategic cooperation between the department and the agricultural enterprise were also discussed, both in the field of economic scientific research and in the process of practical training of students. Particular attention was paid to the discussion of the content of the professional standard "Enterprise Economist" and the specifics of students mastering their labor functions.
