The new equipment purchased for the refectory of the Stavropol State Agrarian University

In the refectory of the Stavropol State Agrarian University purchased new equipment that will improve not only the performance of the shop, but the taste of the products.

Among the new equipment two appliances, this replaced the broiler. If before the heating process takes about 20 minutes, and the dish is ready about 15, the appliance is ready for use after 4 minutes, and the cooking process takes about 7 minutes. As a result, the dishes will be served not only faster (and this is important given the huge popularity of the refectory of the University), but the food is cooked with the new equipment, retain all the benefits of products.

And for use in the workshop dining acquired Electro, convection oven to the cabinet for proofing, two refrigerated cabinets, slicer with a capacity of 100 kg per hour, Slicer and dishwasher, which in comparison with previously used has a larger displacement and output pressure of the jet, and cleaning mode takes only 1.5 minutes, as opposed to the previous 20.

Visitors also will be a new distribution line and a coffee machine that had been installed in the hall of the student cafeteria.
