On the March 14, 2013 the Head of NIRS and NTTM Research and Innovation Centre for the Stavropol State Agrarian University Sergei Pavlovich Sklyarov took part in a meeting with the regional authorized Embassy of the Germany Federal Republic for the Stavropol Territory Rolf Moormannom within his visit to Stavropol. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, non-profit partnership "Russian-German House", "Union of Stavropol managers", graduates of German educational programs.
S. Sklyarov in conversation with regional commissioner reported about Stavropol State Agrarian University, his scientific achievements, and discussed prospects of cooperation with scientific and educational institutions in Germany. At the end of the meeting Rolf Moormann expressed his admiration for the level of development of Stavropol and said that he intends to make a longer visit in the Stavropol region, in which he is sure to visit our university.
