Students of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the action “Great literary journey” Before the first cock” which took place in Stavropol Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M.Y. Lermontov. The participants of the action were offered a fascinating program including time travel with the film “The Man Who Broke the Bank at Monte Carlo”, quest “Game with a classic” (a library detective with M.Y. Lermontov), club meeting of old book lovers “Three Russian classics at the card table”, presentation of the book exhibition “At the map of literary awards – 2012”, a quiz for curious ones “Around the world: unknown about the known”, master class in encaustic “I draw with an iron! Join me”, literary gatherings (communication with the participants of creative literary associations), excursion “A Night Journey through Lermontov Library”, literary cafe, contest “Miss “A night in the library”.
Students of SSAU with great interest took part in the work of each direction showing erudition, solidarity and curiosity. “A night in the library” allowed its participants to get acquainted with the wonderful world and the atmosphere of Stavropol Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M.Y. Lermontov and learn many new and interesting things.
The action “A night in the library” took place in more than 60 libraries in Stavropol on the night of April 19-20, 2013. Residents were offered a variety of programs, including “Great literary journey” Before the first cock” (Stavropol Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M.Y. Lermontov) biblio-twilight “Another Look” (Stavropol Regional Library for Blind and Visually Impaired Persons named after V. Mayakovsky), ball “Spring commotion” (Stavropol Regional Youth Library), “How delightful evenings in Russia are”, or “Evening tea in a merchant’s house” (Blagodarny district library), “Night Rendezvous on the Boulevard of the World” (Nevinnomyssk Central Library), “Library in the moonlight” (Central Library of Sovetsky district).
