The title "Honored" is confirmed!

On April 25, 2013 the academic teacher chorus of the Stavropol State Agrarian University presented to the jury the concert program for the "Honored” title confirmation. For the first time the collective received this title in 2007 and has confirmed it again now.

The jury was formed of the chief chorus master of the state ensemble of singing and dancing "Stavropolie", the honored artist of culture of the Chechen Republic N.A.Korzhova, the head of the regional department of the House of folk arts L.A.Evlanskaya and the honored artist of culture of Russia, the leader of folk ensemble “Lada” L.A.Jacobi.

The program consisted of seven the most difficult arias. The academic chorus is directed by the honored artist of Russia Valery Korotkov since 2010. The collective plays on tour around the Stavropol Krai. The repertoire of the chorus includes classical and modern arias and Russian folk songs.
