Rector of Stavropol state agrarian university congratulates people with the Victory Day

From all my heart I congratulate you with the holiday of valor and glory - Victory Day!

May 9 means for all of us the triumph of humanism and self-sacrifice on behalf of the eternal values of peace, freedom, justice. These grand ideals were that our people defended in the battles of the Great Patriotic War and carried through the decades.

No matter how much time have passed or generations have been replaced, this holiday was and will be main, significant and close for each of us. There is a pleasure of liberation and grief of loss of relatives, love for the Motherland and gratitude to the veterans who have shown unprecedented courage and heroism and defended independence and freedom of our Motherland!

I wish you good health, wellbeing, happiness and all the kindest! Let over our heads always there will be a peaceful sky!
