At the meeting of the town council of veterans held on June 6, 2013 at Stavropol State Agrarian University, took place a grand celebration of the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, SSAU professor of honour Nestor Makarovich Shakhzadov. Heads of the Stavropol administration Andrey Hasanovich Dzhatdoyev, the first deputy head of Stavropol administration Ivan Ivanovich Ulyanchenko, the chairman of the Stavropol public veteran organization Victor Aleksandrovich Kozachenkov, the vice-chairman of the Stavropol regional public veteran organization Ivan Ivanovich Limarev, members of the town council of veterans came to congratulate the scientist on the 90-th anniversary.
Opening meeting, the head of Stavropol administration Andrey Hasanovich Dzhatdoyev noted that Nestor Makarovich is a real example for the youth, for all residents. He owns a great number of awards. Moreover, the head of administration reminded that Nestor Makarovich within 36 years taught at Stavropol State Agrarian University and even once he read a number of disciplines to a group which A. Dzhatdoyev belonged to.
Besides, the hero of the anniversary was congratulated by the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Agrarian Sciences, professor V.I.Trukhachev. In particular he called Nestor Makarovich Shakhzadov "one of the most devoted to our universiy graduates who in his studentship not only perfectly studied, fully participated in public life, but later restored the institute after breakdown and later became a prominent scientist and an outstanding educator".
The vice-chairman Ivan Ivanovich Limarev gave the professor of honour congratulations from the Stavropol regional public veteran organization.
