The rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, professor, deputy of the Duma of Stavropol Territory Vladimir Trukhachev received congratulations from the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
