The panel discussion took place at Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The panel discussion was held on the basis of the accounting and finance faculty on the subject: "Problems of ensuring economic growth of the developing states in conditions of the world financial crisis". Elimination of economic illiteracy and mending of inter-faculty relations became the purpose of the meeting.
The organizers of the panel discussion were the vice deans on scientific work the associate professor of accounting management, candidate of economic sciences A. N. Bobryshev, the senior teacher M.Y.Balatskiy and the associate professor of chemistry and plant protection, the candidate of agricultural sciences Y.A.Bezgina. Young scientists of three faculties took part in discussion of questions: agronomical, accounting and plant protection.
