The Community Board was established by the Ministry for Economic Development of Stavropol Region within the framework of the project “transparent government”. The Pro-rector on strategic Development of Starvropol State Medicine Academy Nikolay Ivanov was appointed as the chairman of the Board.
His deputies became the Economy Faculty Dean of Stavropol State Agrarian University Olga Kusakina and the deputy of Consumer Society Board’s “Stavropol Park for Recreation and Leisure” Chairman Mikhail Zverev. The first constitutive meeting of the Board was led on the 22nd of July. It was headed by the First Deputy of Minister Liudmila Khokhryakova.
