The governor of the Stavropol Region Valery G. Zerenkov personally wished happy birthday to the rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, corresponding member of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, professor, member of the Duma of Stavropol Region Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev.
