From September 21 to September 23, 2013 the 20-th student's trade-union active school "Youth leader SSAU−2013" passed on the territory of Veterinary clinics. 400 first-year students from all faculties of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in it.
The school gives the opportunity for the first-year students to adapt in the new student's environment, to learn higher education institution history, to find the talents, to make new friends and, of course, to get new knowledge. For some days children played games on acquaintance, unity of collective and development of leader abilities, master - classes, psychological trainings, participated in creative competitions.
At the 20-th student's active school children passed through the «territory of personal growth», some kind of building where everyone can receive some kind of "construction materials" for creation of the personality, its development and growth. All participants of "building" were divided into 12 groups − construction objects which were headed by skilled leaders of group «Mechta». Each object had the task to present brightly the group at official opening of school. And then children passed cheerful tests for dexterity, ingenuity and courage.
In the first evening there was the training game "Vital Choice". In this game the participants had to choose the only exact answer according to the necessary situation. The game purpose − promotion of healthy lifestyle, saving students from addictions – drugs, game addiction, international discord. Next day the teachers of Psychology and pedagogic chair, Physical culture and sport chair, Committee on affairs of Youth in SK, leaders of «Mechta» group carried out a number of master - classes on various directions: "Acting", "I am an owner of my life", "Culture as the basis of life", "Friendship of people", "Tourism basis", "Political activity of youth", "The youth government", "Youth initiatives", "Volunteering», "Your rights", "Profkom.Com", "Presentation of yourself", "Social network is not only as mean of communication, but also as mass media", "Theory of leadership and creative thinking" and many others.
During the work of the school I passed there was so called «Creativity ditch" where children learned to sing, dance, write verses, make jokes, think out unusual collections. The representatives of creative collectives of Higher education institution trained the students.
In the second evening the event "Nothing is forgotten, nobody is forgotten" was held. Students sang songs about Great Patriotic War round improvised fire and after it flew the Chinese small lamps in the sky making their wishes.
The Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the corresponding member of Russian Academy of Agrarian Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev visited the school while its finishing. Due to the tradition he presented to participants a sweet gift − huge candies garland. The Rector of the Stavropol SAU noted that in our Higher education institution the best students in the world studied in the best conditions created for them: "We need not only simply good children, we need such students as you − clever, advanced and competent. And we offer you everything only the best. The spacious audiences, perfectly equipped gym, fine library and, mainly, qualitative education. I am glad that the twentieth active school was perfectly carried out and you are the leaders among the first-year students of Agrarian University".
In each group vote on identification the leader was done and the students themselves solved who put the greatest contribution to group development. Rector Vladimir Ivanovich handed gifts from administration and Leader cup at the closing ceremony. Winners Julia Dolgova (Registration and financial faculty), Maria Popova (Technological management faculty), Svyatoslav Tsapko (Agronomy faculty), Sergey Danko (Registration and financial faculty), Alyona Denisenko (Registration and financial faculty), Denis Shulenin (Economy faculty), Nikolay Okashev (Electrical power faculty), Dmitry Sobolev (Electrical power faculty), Valeria Chulkova (Socio-cultural service and tourism faculty), Victoria Svetlichnaya (Registration and financial faculty), Marat Bazarov (Agronomy faculty), Dayana Magomedova (Economy faculty) became the winners.
In leaders' group according to the tradition the best leaders and organizers too were voted. The best organizers of the 20th student's trade-union active school "Youth leader SSAU − 2013" became Christina Danilova (Registration and financial faculty) and Simeon Semenov (Technological management faculty). And Julia Mirgorodskaya (Agronomy faculty) and Alexey Martynov (Technological management faculty) became the best leaders.
The kindest action "A gift to dear friend" where all participants told warm words to each other, devoted verses to school, leaders and new friends became the final of the 20th school.
