On October 9, 2013 students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Anatoly Ponomarev, Greta Gelumbauskayte, Andrey Zhdanov, Christina Romanovskaya, Lyubov Kokoreva, Pavel Matyushchenko, Oksana Avdeeva, Ashot Terzakyan, Vera Novikova took part in the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Modernization of Russia: public polices as institute of ensuring human rights", which has passed on the basis of the Krasnodar University Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Students made interesting reports, took part in discussions and work of scientific sections. Following the results of conferences the edition of the collection of articles is planned.
