On October 10, 2013 the Economics faculty held the Autumn ball of economists for the first-year students. Its participants became witnesses of round-the-world travel on continents of our planet. And the jury should be defined who was better prepared for this travel. As a result winners on the nominations became:
− "The best comic performance" − "Public and Municipal Administration" direction;
− "The most artistic performance" − Management direction;
− "The brightest performance" − Business Informatics and Information Systems and Technologies directions;
− "The most informative performance" − Economy direction.
Also the most talented first-year students of Economics faculty in the nominations were marked out:
"The best vocal number" − Valeria Totskaya and Margarita Kuchavo with the song "My oh my";
"The best professional number" – Olesya Mitrofanova and Roman Glushenko with "Rumba" dance;
"The best dancing number" − Darya Bukacheva with the dance "Modern";
"Prize of dean sympathies" − Vladislav Horoshun and Dmitry Sabynin;
"Prize spectator sympathies" − Alexander Konyzhov.
The Economics faculty congratulates all participants and organizers, and also expresses gratitude words to the University management for assistance in carrying out a traditional holiday of the first-year students of Economics faculty – the Autumn ball of economists.
