Students of SSAU took part in All-Russian Mediaforum

Students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the First All-Russian youth Mediaforum. It passed in Belgorod from November 1 to November 3, 2013. 500 young journalis took part in action, PR- specialists, representatives of student's mass media and bloggers from 70 regions of the country. The delegation of SSAU included students − participants of film group of TV program " Student, AU": Andrey Dzantiyev – the student of the 3-d year of Socio-cultural service and tourism faculty, Ekaterina Svetlichnaya – the student of the 2-d year of Registration and financial faculty, Victoria Svetlichnaya – the student of 1-st year of Registration and financial faculty.
Mediaforum's program included seven directions: print media, TV and radio journalism, PR and advance on social networks, a blog sphere, media management, photojournalism, Internet video.
Participants could meet the heads of the largest Russian mass media, well- known journalists, media managers and bloggers. So, marketing director of LiveJournal Oleg Barmin, the musical journalist and TV broadcaster Otar Kushanashvili, the general producer of radio holding KrutoyMedia/LoveRadio, "Radio Dacha", "FM Taxi" Andrey Trofimov were invited as the guests.
For the second day of forum our students took part in big media game where young journalists and bloggers within eight hours worked over creation reports for socially significant subjects: "Subculture", "Fourth power", "As mass media influence city and country life", "The modern science", "Real virtuality", "As inhabitants of Belgorod leave from online in offline", "Urbanistics", " Find new decisions to make the city better" and others. In the ending of day all materials were presented in concert hall of the Center of youth initiatives to experts, and best of them received well-deserved rewards. The videoconference with the deputy minister of science and education of the Russian Federation Veniamin Kaganov was carried out.
Following the results of media forum the decision on creation of the All-Russian association of student's mass media was made. Students of SSAU not only received base of new knowledge and practical experience in journalism area, but also with pleasure spent time.
