Teachers of Farm mechanization faculty of the Stavropol State Agrarian University started training of listeners according to the professional development program "Engineering and technological support of energy efficiency and resource-saving in agro-industrial production". Training of specialists is carried out on base and with organizational assistance of employees of Institute of additional professional education of higher education institution.
Training is carried out according to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2013 No. 328. This document has the following title — "About the approval of the list of the educational institutions, realized by them additional professional educational programs of engineering staff professional development, conforming to requirements of the Presidential program of engineering staff professional development for 2012-2014, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from May 7, 2012 No. 594".
In total 44 listeners of the program — specialists of technical services of 9 agroenterprises of Stavropol Krai. On a primary activity they are mechanical engineers, engineers on operation of machine and tractor park, equipment operation engineers.
The program of professional development for listeners consists of 72 hours of training. It includes two main types of preparation — theoretical training which will take place in audiences of the Stavropol State Agrarian University and on a number of the agrarian enterprises of region from 5 to 15 November, 2013, and also - probation. It will last from December 1 to December 7, 2013 at the advanced enterprises of branch in Russia. And 19 listeners should pass it in Minsk on the basis of the Scientific and practical center of national academy of Sciences of Belarus on agriculture mechanization.
The purpose of training for listeners according to the professional development program "Engineering and technological support of energy efficiency and resource-saving in agro-industrial production" is to give specialists of technical services of the agroenterprises additional theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the work organization on power - and resource-saving in agricultural complex. It includes:
− acquaintance to the modern technologies of resource-saving used at maintaining agricultural production, and a complex of the cars applied to introduction of these technologies;
− acquaintance to adjustments, settings of modern agricultural machinery and equipment;
− studying of the main techniques of selection and completing of machine complexes for performance of various technological processes in agricultural production;
− studying of machine technologies and systems of cars for production, storages and transportations of production of plant growing and animal husbandry;
− studying of technologies and means of improvement of working bodies of the cars used by production of agricultural machinery;
− studying modern technologies of service, diagnosing, repair of cars and equipment, methods and means of car test.
The teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University who were taking part in development of the program of professional development for engineers consider that the knowledge received by listeners will allow the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises to reduce power consumption and to increase energy efficiency for 20-25% in relation to existing level.
