On February 15, 2014 at Agronomy faculty the ceremonial meeting of the Academic board devoted to the anniversary of Professor of Agronomy chemistry and protection of plants chair Valentin Vasilevich Ageev took place. To congratulate the prominent scientist and the teacher of the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture in Stavropol Krai A. A. Nagayev, the vice rector of the Stavropol SAU on training and educational work I. V. Atanov, representatives of scientific community of Stavropol Krai and the faculty of SSAU, and also numerous colleagues, pupils and friends came.
The First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Stavropol Krai A. A. Nagayev noted in his congratulation that he is Valentin Vasilyevich's pupil: "You were for us a Teacher from capital letter. We gained from you not only professional knowledge, but also lessons of humanity, decency, honesty, intelligence. Thank you! ". Alexander Nagayev also handed over to V. V. Ageev the certificate of honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of Stavropol Krai for the significant contribution in training of highly qualified specialists for regional agrarian and industrial complex, and also the letter of thanks from the chairman of the Duma of Stavropol Krai Yury Vasilyevich Beliy.
In the response word Valentin Vasilyevich thanked all who arrived to congratulate, and especially warm words addressed to the Rector and the faculty of the Stavropol SAU: "Vladimir Ivanovich is a person of great business, he is an ideologist of all transformations at our higher education institution. Also I would like to tell thanks to the dean of Agronomy faculty for the good organization of this holiday".
