On the eve of the Motherland Defender's Day in the Assembly hall of the Stavropol State Agrarian University according to the tradition there was a festive concert. The Vice-Rector on correspondence, intramural-extramural and additional education Olga Lisova warmly congratulated everybody with the holiday.
The best creative collectives of the University, winners of regional, national and international competitions pleased the audience with their talent. Among them there was a choir of teachers and employees of the Agrarian University with sings «Tertsy - Cossacky», «Ptitsa-Troika», «Slavyanka», student of the Accounting and Finance faculty Irina Naumova with the song «Romashki», student of the Technology management faculty Svetlana Sevastyanova with soulful song «Fields of Russia», a student of the Agronomy faculty Ellina Khanyan with the song «Veterans», a postgraduate student of the Accounting and Finance faculty, Director of vocal studio «Folk song» Anzelica Prytkova, who performed the composition «Looking at blue lake», the head of the vocal studio «Joys» with the song «I Wish you».
It was premiere of a dance from the show-ballet «Stylnye shtutki»at the festive concert.
In the end of the concert, the Rector V. I. Trukhachev congratulated everyone with the Day of Motherland Defender, noting that the staff of the Stavropol State Agrarian University is the real patriots of Russia who is ready to give all their strength and knowledge, energy and talent to its prosperity.
