On March 7, 2014 students, teachers and staff of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the meeting which has taken place in Stavropol for supporting people of the Crimea.
The acting as the governor of krai Vladimir Vladimirov opened the meeting: "Split of fraternal peoples − is the irreparable tragedy. We support our brothers, we will be glad to see the Crimea in our independent country".
At the Meeting it was adopted the resolution in which support to the people of Ukraine and readiness to give humanitarian and every possible assistance is reflected. Its participants noted that "consider a duty to support efforts of Russia in protection the Ukrainian people and inhabitants of the Crimea", and call leaders of the western countries "to refrain from intervention" in affairs of the brotherly state.
