The question of prevention criminal offenses and administrative offenses is one of the prior directions in educational work of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. On March 18, 2014 the Inspector of Department on affairs of minors from the Police Department No. 1 of Management of the Ministry on Internal Affairs in Russia, in Stavropol E. V. Fedotov met the first-year students and read them the lecture "Crimes, Offences of Minors and Their Consequences".
The action purpose – education at youth legal literacy, respect for the law, and also prevention offenses and the crimes committed by minors. The inspector reminded the first-year students that the crime differs from the offense, at what age people has the administrative and criminal liability, what types and amount of punishments the minor persons who have made an offense or a crime can have.
In summary students watched the documentary film «Not guessed". It was about simple truth: traffic regulations should be followed in any way.
