How to Raise Patriots

April 17, 2014 in Stavropol State Agrarian University took place a meeting: "Modern aspects of the formation of patriotic consciousness of youth in Russia: status, problems and prospects". It was organized by the department for education and Social Affairs, Department of History and Philosophy. The meeting was attended by students and teachers of the North Caucasus Federal University, Stavropol State Medical University, Stavropol State Pedagogical Institute, Stavropol branch of Moscow State Humanitarian University named after MA Sholokhov Nevinnomyssky State Humanitarian Institute.

At the meeting were raised questions of instilling patriotism of the students. Participants shared experiences in organizing civic and patriotic activities of their universities

During the event, there was an action "My greetings to veterans" where each member of the meeting could write a short greeting toveterans of the Second War. Students expressed great gratitude to the participants of the heroic events, wished them health and happiness:

"I wish you a clean sky,

I wish you a peaceful life,

Without any tanks and guns

I wish you a happy life.

I wish you with all my heart

Health again and again,

And a good life forever "

At the meeting discussed the education of patriotism in students. Participants shared experiences in organizing civic and patriotic activities in their universities. We respect you and adore with our hearts.
