Members of election commissions went back to desks.

The institute of additional professional education of Stavropol state agrarian university held training seminar "Management of the conflicts in electoral process" on 13 May, 2014. About 250 members of territorial election commissions of Izobilnensky, Kochubeevsky, Krasnogvardeysky, Novoaleksandrovsky areas, the cities of Nevinnomyssk became its participants. The initiator of holding a seminar was the election commission of Stavropol Krai.

With welcome speech its chairman E.V. Demyanov and the vice rector for the correspondence, intramural and extramural and additional education of Stavropol state agrarian university O. M. Lisova addressed to the gathered. In the performances they paid attention to importance and need of professional development of members of territorial election commissions, efficiency of educational cooperation of higher education institution and organizers of national will.

Teachers of chair of pedagogic, psychology and sociology - her manager professor S. I. Tarasova and associate professor E.V. Taranova - in detail told gathered about essence of the social conflicts. They concerned features which arise during the organization of work of polling stations in the Russian Federation. Teachers of university illustrated the conclusions with specially prepared videos.

Teachers and the staff of university should hold in the next few days four more similar seminars. They will take place on the basis of Stavropol state agrarian university in the regional center, and also in the cities of Svetlograd and Mineralnye Vody, a village Stepnoye. Generally about one and a half thousand members of territorial election commissions from all municipalities of the region have to increase the qualification on a problem "Management of the conflicts in electoral process".
