Workshop meeting with representatives of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation , the youth organizations of the region , students of higher educational institutions in the region on youth participation in elections held in the Stavropol State Agrarian University on May 30, 2014 . The rector , corresponding member of Academy of Agricultural Sciences , Professor Vladimir Trukhachev , member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation of the voting , the chairman of the Coordination Council of Young Lawyers of the Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" Denis I. Panshin , chairman of the All-Russian Public Movement "For clean Elections " Mikhail Borisovich Polyakov , Chairman of «Krayizbirkom» Evgeny Dem'yanov, chairman of the Stavropol regional Branch of All-Russian public organization " Association of Lawyers of Russia " Nikolai Kashurin and other participants made the reports . During the workshop meeting was an agreement on cooperation of the Stavropol State Agrarian University and the electoral commission of the region. Document was signed by the Rector of the university, corresponding member of Academy of Agricultural Sciences , Professor Vladimir Trukhachev and chairman of «Krayizbirkom» Evgeny Dem'yanov . The agreement envisages cooperation between Electoral Commission and Agricultural University in the field of research and teaching work, improving the legal culture of undergraduate and graduate students to form their ideas about modern democratic electoral law and the electoral process, the training of professionals in the field of electoral law.
