Interdepartmental classes on technology of food cooking and table setting

On May 29, 2014 on the base of the faculties of Technology Management and Socio- cultural services and tourism held multistage practical class competition on the technology of cooking food , drinks and table setting , dedicated to the World Day for a healthy diet. Command (it should be noted that each of two included representatives from different departments ) competed in the professional skill -based technological studios units. First, the students had to bake bakery in mini- bakery at the Faculty of Technology Management and cook meats, and then in the studios of the faculty Socio-cultural services and tourism to create delicious cocktails and serve cooked meals in accordance with the rules and requirements of the organization serving business receptions . The jury consisted of professors: Professor N.I. Belik , associate professors A.V. Trukhachev, A.G. Ivolga, V.S. Varivoda . All the guys tried hard , they really are all performed brilliantly , and therefore won the friendship ! It is practice-oriented sessions conducted with the use of modern teaching methods and techniques are an integral part of the innovative educational technologies that have been successfully implemented in the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
