Master’s theses defence

Masters studying the programme "Production Management" completed their training at Stavropol State Agrarian University on June 27, 2014. All nine students have successfully defended their theses at the Institute of Additional Professional Training of the university.

Their final qualifying works were devoted to different aspects of the processes of production in the agricultural sector of the country and region. Among the graduates there were teachers of Stavropol State Agrarian University and practitioners working in different sectors of the economy.

The program "Production Management" was prepared by teachers of Stavropol State Agrarian University. It corresponds to the program "MBA in agribusiness", which is implemented by the International Association of scientists and experts of universities and institutions in several European countries AgriMBA, dealing with education and research in agriculture. Therefore, lessons were given not only by teachers of the Faculty of Economics and that of Accounting and Finance and other departments of Stavropol State Agrarian University but also by the professors of Wageningen University.

In January 2014, masters studying the programme "Production Management" completed their training on the international component of the course. Graduation of students of the programme "MBA in agribusiness" allowed Stavropol State Agrarian University on 26-27 May, 2014 to undergo the accreditation process conducted by the International Association of scientists and experts of universities and institutions in several European countries AgriMBA, dealing with education and research in agriculture. In June, on the meeting of the International Committee AgriMBA held in Nitra (Slovak Republic) the Russian university was accredited for four years.

Now the graduates having studied the programme "Production Management" will receive two documents - a Master’s diploma of Stavropol State Agrarian University and a diploma of the international association AgriMBA.
