Harvest Day celebrated in Stavropol

On September 6, 2014 there was one of the main festivals of Stavropol Territory - regional agricultural exhibition Harvest Day. Dozens of pieces of farm machinery, about two hundred specially bred animals and new varieties of plants. All of this was presented at the annual fair.

Of particular interest was the exhibition itself, which was represented by the products of the food processing industry, agricultural machinery, breeding livestock and poultry. A special unit was agricultural science.

The event was attended by research institutes of Stavropol Territory, representatives of the companies that presented agricultural equipment, machinery and equipment.

Stavropol State Agrarian University, which is traditionally one of the main participants of the festival, also boasted of his achievements. Product samples were presented in the exhibition by NPO "Steviana" Ltd, widely known not only in the region but also beyond. Scientists of SSAU demonstrated to honorary guests of the exhibition vegetables grown in greenhouses of the University, the samples of wheat, baked bread, dairy products, and demonstrated the power supply stands, stands of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization, living systems, environmental management.

Gala concert in honor of the Harvest Day, the performance of folk groups - all this created an atmosphere of hospitality and joy. And of course, during the entire holiday there were a lot of words of gratitude to the workers of the village, because the best farmers in the region have earned on that day a lot of warm words and gifts for their hard peasant labor.
