Participation in the II International educational forum

September 25-28, 2014 the Altai State University hosted the II International Educational Forum "Altai - Asia 2014: Eurasian Educational Space - New Challenges and Best Practices". Some teachers of the Management Department of the Economic Faculty of the Stavropol State Agrarian University - Assistant Professor Anton Vladimirovich Nazarenko, Senior Lecturer Dmitry Vasilievich Zaporozhets and Master Student, Chairman of the Student Committee on Educational Quality Elena Alexandrovna Tutikova have attended the Forum. It was held with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Coordination Council of Shanghai Cooperation Organization University , the Russian Rectors ' Union, Russian Association of the Classical Universities and Association of Asian Universities. The Forum was attended by experts from leading universities of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives from ten countries and more than 70 universities (over 300 people).

The participants discussed key issues of higher education system modernization in the Eurasian educational space, considered ways to improve the competitiveness of universities, promote the effective solution of problems of higher education at the present stage of development.

All-Russian students ‘ master-class "Quality Education is the Way to a Successful Career" was held within the Forum. Chairman of the Student Committee on Educational Quality Elena Alexandrovna Tutikova made a report “Students’ Role in Improving the Quality of Education: Stavropol State Agrarian University’s Experience”.
