Practitioners train

Within the framework of the project "Financial Literacy" October 8, 2014 at the Department of "Financial Management & Banking» Accounting and Finance Faculty they held a training course for students of 4-5 courses "Command financial decisions." The staff of the North Caucasian Bank of Sberbank of Russia Deputy Head of processes and technologies Albert Shapsigov and specialist of the training center management, Human Resources Elena Bolotova held the training.

The purpose of the event - learn the basics of a radical change in the process of thinking through the activation of these universal skills of students: decision-making, negotiation, teamwork, etc.; to define in practice the difference between individual and team dynamics of decision-making in the field of finance in terms of stress and intense competition; gain practical decision-making skills in the team.
