The freshmen learned how to use effectively the resources of the library

The scientific library has completed a series of classes with freshmen on the basis of an information culture. In its course the students have acquired skills in traditional and electronic resources: card catalogs and card indexes, electronic catalogs, electronic library system. Freshmen have been registered in the electronic library systems "University Library ONLINE», «Lan." Registering will allow them to use electronic textbook presented in these DECs. Classes are held the groups of 47 freshmen. They were visited by 1,300 students.

The efficiency of the studies was confirmed by the growth of statistics of the electronic library resources, increasing information literacy of students.
