To accelerate the development of innovative industries, different principles of interaction between science, business and government are used, one of which is the creation of technological platforms.
The technology Platform "Technology Food Processing Industry of Agribusiness - healthy food" is aimed at solving the problems of food security and environmental sustainability. Now it brings together dozens of universities and research institutes across the country. The project is intended to bring together government, science and business, to promote the development of food processing industry of the Russian agro-industrial complex, creating technological basis, which includes a set of "breakthrough" agro-food technologies to address the challenges of food security, healthy nutrition and environmental management.
