The discussion of the winemakers’ professional standards continues

November 12, 2014, the representatives of the Stavropol State Agrarian University visited the Joint Stock Company "Levokumskoye" and the state budget educational institution of secondary vocational education "Praskoveisky Agricultural College." The purpose of the visit of Deputy Director of the Institute of additional vocational training, associate professor Andrei Viktorovich Pankratov, the head of the Department of production and processing of food products from vegetable raw material, associate Elena Semenovna Romanenko, the assistant of the same Department Anna Feodorovna Nudnovoy involved the following: to discuss a project of winemakers’ professional standard with production workers and colleagues , prepared by the Stavropol State Agrarian University in October 2014 in the performance of the state contract of Ministry of Labour and Social Affair.

The high school teachers met with the consultant of the director of "Levokumskoye" on environmental and technological issues Ilyin Vladimir Fedorovich andthe chief winemaker Paul V. Golubovskiy, who he was a university student a few years ago. They paid particular attention to the analysis of the features of a winemaker’s job. Experts of the company have inscribed a number of significant observations in occupational functions of employees in the agrarian sector.

The deputy director for Academic Affairs Ludmila Kharkina, the head of Technological Office Tatyana Beschastnov, teachers of technological disciplines Natalia Sharlay and Oleg Ermakov took part in the discussion of the professional standards at Praskoveosky agricultural college. Teachers focused on differentiation of winemakers’ responsibilities. Their comments when finalizing the professional standard will make regulations more precise.

In the near future, the staff of the university plans to continue meetings with the representatives of the wine industry of the Russian Federation.
