Brewers supported the professional standard

November 18, 2014 the deputy director of Institute of additional professional education, associate professor Andrey Viktorovich Pankratov, the manager of chair of production and processing of food from vegetable raw materials, associate professor Elena Semenovna Romanenko and the assistant Anna Fiodorovna Nudnova visited JSC Stavropol Brewery. The purpose of their visit - to continue discussion of the draft of the professional standard of the wine maker trained by Stavropol state agrarian university in October, 2014 at performance of the state contract of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

Representatives of higher education institution met the chief technologist of the enterprise Olga Nikolaevna Ignatyeva and the chief of production laboratory Marina Vladimirovna Berleva. Practicians positively estimated the prepared draft of the professional standard. At the same time O. N. Ignatyeva and M. V. Berleva consider that it is necessary to add labor operations of the experts with secondary professional or higher education working in branch, one more - ensuring control of safety and quality of finished goods, the raw materials applied to its production.

Participation of brewers in discussion of the professional standard prepared by Stavropol state agrarian university is natural. The developed normative document has to regulate work of all experts providing the organization of technological process of production of nonalcoholic, low alcohol and alcoholic products. Specialists of JSC Stavropol Brewery consider that the professional standard of the wine maker quite reflects features of work and those technologists who create foamy drink.
