On November 25, 2014 at the Faculty of Technological Management there was held the IX International scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the faculty.
Welcoming address to the conference participants was given by the Dean of the faculty, Professor Nikolai Belik. Then, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Stavropol region Galina Bobryshova spoke about the role of innovation and advanced technologies in the development of animal husbandry in Stavropol region. Director of the All-Russian Research Institute of Sheep and Goat Breeding Professor Marina Selionova made a report on "The priorities of innovative development of sheep breeding." Academician of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Vasily Moroz continued scientific debate "On the question of comments on the document ‘The procedures for the appraisal of fine-wool sheep species, half fine-fleeced species and species of mutton-type sheep." The chairman of "Plemzavod Second Five Year Plan" of Stavropol region Igor Serdyukov informed about the state of livestock breeding in the enterprise.
Professors and postgraduate students of the Faculty of Technological Management, scientists of Stavropol region took an active part in the discussion of innovation and technology in the production and processing of agricultural products.
Each participant received a certificate and a material digest.
