Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology invites you to take part in the national program "Start".
"START" program covers the following areas: information technology, medicine of future, advanced materials and technologies for their creation, tools and hardware, biotechnology.
Under the terms of the program it provides funding for scientific research and experimental development (R & D) to 6 million rubles for 3 years. In the first year - up to 1 million rubles., in the 2nd year - up to 2 million rubles., 3rd year - up to 3 million rubles. One of the main criteria for the transition to the second and third years - attracting parity co-financing for the project from extrabudgetary sources. The result of research can be focused on one or more application areas: information technology; medicine; energy; industry; nature and food industry; education; transport; construction and housing, or both. Expert Council of the Fund approved a list of promising focal topics that will help beginners find their way in the direction of their development.
Accepting applications for the contest is carried out continuously throughout the year in electronic form at: www.online.fasie.ru. Applications will be reviewed as they become available, the term of consideration and decision on the financin not more than 4 months from the date of signing the application.
