Seminar for curators: problems of interpersonal conflicts

On December 9, 2014within the framework of the project "School-Seminar for curators of academic groups" was held where curators acquainted with pedagogical technologies required in the implementation of curatorial work. It needs to say that in the Stavropol State Agrarian University there is the third seminar of this project. Its goal - to provide methodological and information support for curators of academic groups.

The seminar was dedicated to the prevention and resolution of conflicts arising in the educational process. It was held by the Associate Professor of Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctor of Social Sciences Tatiana Dukhina. In the form of lectures, participants learned about the imaging features of different types of conflict situations, ways of exit out of them. The second part of the class had applied character and was devoted to the most efficient technologies permission of pedagogical conflicts.

All participants, and among them were young teachers and curators who have solid experience in the education of students and who took an active part, noting in conclusion the importance of the information received in forming relationships in the student group.
