Forum for young entrepreneurs was held in SSAU

Regional youth forum "You are the entrepreneur" was held on December, 19 in the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The participants were the young businessmen of the region, as well as high school students, students of higher and secondary professional educational institutions, tended to create their own businesses.

The forum was opened by the Deputy Chairman of the Stavropol Region Government Irina Kuvaldina, who noted that only active and responsible people may cope the tasks faced by our state nowadays. "I wish you that this forum will become the start of your business, you can find some partners here, you will be able to calculate your opportunities and prospects. I believe that you will be useful for yourself and your country," concluded Irina Kuvaldina.

The main objective of the forum is to promote entrepreneurial activity among young people, to create a business environment to help young people to acquire the skills of doing business, and representatives of small and medium businesses to increase their efficiency.

Discussion floors, workshops, trainings were organized at the forum were representatives of the business community, teachers of higher educational institutions of the region and leading speakers gave lectures on the most topical issues of business development.

Throughout the day Centre of business advice for young entrepreneurs was working. The participants had the opportunity to discuss with the experts of the Innovative-technological business center of Stavropol Region the issues of taxation, state support of small business, lending activity, investor relations, peculiarities of accounting, business planning and legal protection.

About 300 participants took part in the Forum.

The forum completed the complex of events, aimed at promoting the youth entrepreneurship development. They were conducted by the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the region in the framework of realization of the Federal program "You are an entrepreneur".
