The chairman of the students’ primary trade-union organization of SSAU Nikolay Golovin has became a member of the public council at the representative by the students’ rights in the Russian Federation.
There are 90 representatives of the Russian higher education institutions, from them only one is a participant from Stavropol Krai.
The public council at the student's ombudsman will define activity of the human rights activist, to develop legislative initiatives, to exercise control over realization the authorities’ initiatives, will obtain democratization of elections of the student's organizations and expansion of powers of bodies of student's self-government.
