Finance, Credit and Insurance Department of the Accounting and Finance Faculty hosted the competition "Insurance Olympus". The event was devoted to the celebration of the 85th anniversary of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. Participants of the contest were the 4th year students of Economics who competed in four nominations, such as homework – a presentation of the team, advertising- a presentation of the insurance company, creative contest and at the final stage the teams had to presented their new insurance products.
The jury was presented by the Deputy Director of the Stavropol branch of JSC VTB "Health insurance" Ludmila Eremenko, the head of Sales Department of the Stavropol branch of the insurance group "URALSIB" Tatiana Himin, teachers of the Finance, Credit and Insurance Department Lyubov Agarkova and Sergei Shmatko.
The team "Polis" won the first prize, the second prize took the team "StrachOFF", the third - team "Riskam.net". In individual categories the winners are: Anastasia Murdugova - "the best surveyer", Amelia Kocharian - "the best actuary”, Julia Degtyarenko – “the best underwriter", Alex Anosov - "the best insurance marketer". The winners were awarded with diplomas and presents.
